María Pérez Díez

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
