Katherine was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary of Fulton Hogan - Australia in 2018 having gained 20 years’ experience in law, governance and risk in various senior roles. Katherine has spent the last 15 years in the property, construction and infrastructure industry having advised many leading contractors across Australia and overseas.
