Gabriella Labi

Gabriella Labi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations and leadership. Currently serving as the Head of People & Operations at Fun.xyz since January 2024, Gabriella also co-founded and leads Be Design as CEO from January 2023. Prior to these roles, Gabriella held the position of Executive Assistant to the C-Suite at Polychain Capital from March 2023 to September 2023 and worked as an Operations Associate at Bridgewater Associates from May 2021 to December 2022. Additionally, Gabriella was an Assessment & Succession Consultant at Korn Ferry between January 2020 and April 2021. Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development & Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
