Allan de Souza Jales

Allan de Souza Jales has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, they worked as an Assistente Técnico Comercial at Tecnologia e Produtos Nacionais Rio Comercio Ind. e Serviços, where they were responsible for technical surveys, service reports, cost spreadsheets, and quotations with suppliers. Allan successfully organized the budgeting process, increasing production efficiency.

In 2013, they joined Vulcan Material Plástico LTDA as a Trainee de engenharia, where they managed the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) in the areas of Mechanics, Utilities, and Civil. Allan also had a role as an Estagiário em Engenharia Mecânica, supporting maintenance activities, managing indicators in PCM, and gaining hands-on experience in both the factory floor and office.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Analyst de Planejamento Financeiro at E.Z.C. Participações, providing services as a MEI for a holding company involved in multiple areas such as luxury goods trading, property management, and farming. Allan developed management reports and analysis, handled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes, and contributed to the improvement of accounting processes. Their accomplishments included process mapping, enhanced efficiency, and the development and implementation of Power BI reports from SQL databases.

Currently, Allan is working at Funcional Health Tech as an Information Technology Process Analyst. In this role, they are engaged in providing integrated health management solutions. Allan is involved in change management processes, ITIL, and the management of IT processes and subprocesses.

Allan de Souza Jales holds a postgraduate degree in Information Technology from Senac, which was earned in 2023. Prior to that, in 2020 to 2021, they completed a Full Stack Developer course at RECODE pro, which lasted for 540 hours. In 2019, Allan pursued an Analyst in Business Processes certification from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. As for their undergraduate education, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estácio de Sá / Universidade Gama Filho, spanning from 2011 to 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Allan received the EF SET English Certificate with a score of 62 out of 100 from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in November 2022.
