Jéssica Mendes

Jéssica Mendes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jéssica started their career at IBGE as a Recenseador in July 2010. Later, they worked at Tahto in various roles such as Agente de Call Center, Agente back office, Assistente de Suporte Técnico, and Analista from June 2012 to August 2021. Then, they joined Nota Control as an Analista de Suporte from November 2021 to February 2022, where they provided assistance to end users and clients and performed triage, testing, and specification of implementation and bug fix requests. Jéssica also worked as an Analista de Testes Jr from March 2022 to January 2023, where they tested the system in different environments and ensured its proper functioning. Currently, they are working as a Software Quality Analyst at Funcional Health Tech since February 2023.

Jéssica Mendes attended Anhanguera Educacional from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law. From 2021 to 2024, they are currently studying at Estácio, specializing in Database.
