Heather Briggs

Customer Service Lead at Function of Beauty

Heather Briggs has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Heather began their career at Cascades Ice Cream Company in 2015, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, they demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge, effectively engaging with customers and coworkers. Heather also took on responsibilities such as inventory management. In 2018, they joined The University of Michigan Services for Students with Disabilities as a Note Taker, assisting visually and hearing impaired students by providing comprehensive notes and support during exams. Most recently, they joined Function of Beauty in 2019. Heather started as a Customer Service Representative and quickly progressed to the role of Customer Service Lead.

Heather Briggs began their education at Jackson High School from 2011 to 2015. After completing their high school, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies at Jackson College from 2015 to 2017. Finally, they attended the University of Michigan from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
