Morgan Curtis serves as the Human Resources Director at Function of Beauty since November 2024, previously holding the same title at Knot Standard from April 2021 to November 2024. With a comprehensive background in human resources, Morgan has effectively led employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and compliance initiatives. Noteworthy achievements include the creation of an employee handbook, new training programs, and performance review processes, as well as collaboration with finance on budget planning and compensation systems. Prior to these roles, Morgan gained extensive experience at Max Mara Fashion Group and worked as a consultant, showcasing a strong ability to enhance HR policies and practices across various organizations. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from Syracuse University.
