Björn Levidow

Björn Levidow Ph.D. serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Functional Finance since June 2023. Prior to this role, Björn held the position of Principal PM Manager at Microsoft from January 2021 to February 2023, leading a team that developed data products and platform capabilities for financial data analytics. With extensive experience at GoDaddy from December 2013 to January 2021, Björn served as Senior Director of Product Management for Analytics, directing initiatives for data products and machine learning, and as Senior Director of Technical Product Management, where Björn was instrumental in building an international e-commerce platform. Earlier positions at Microsoft included Principal Group Program Manager and Lead Program Manager, managing cross-geo teams for enterprise software platforms. Björn's career began as a Software Engineer at Connectsoft and includes a post-doctoral fellowship at Northwestern University specializing in cognitive psychology. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University.
