Sean Allaband

Sean Allaband is the current VP of Finance at Functionize. Prior to this, they were the founder and president of Code Accounting, and they have also held positions as a corporate accounting manager, an accounting manager, and a contract accountant. Sean has a wealth of experience in the accounting field, and they have used this experience to help numerous businesses stay compliant with tax laws and GAAP. Sean is also experienced in creating forecasts and budgets, preparing tax returns, and administering and implementing commuter benefits and 401(k) plans. In addition to their experience in accounting, Sean also has experience in leasing commercial office space and purchasing insurance policies.

Sean Allaband has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University-East Bay and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from the same school. Sean is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the California Board of Accountancy.
