Jeffrey Weston Sleasman

Jeffrey Weston Sleasman serves as the Senior Director for Applied Research at The Fund for Our Economic Future since May 2023. Jeffrey co-founded Boussole, LLC in 2019 and previously held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Compass Biomedical from 2014 to 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Sponsored Program Officer at The Ohio State University from 2007 to 2014, Assistant Program Coordinator at The Services Group, Inc. for a brief period in 2006, and Program Assistant at Counterpart International in 2005. Jeffrey began the professional journey as a Data Intern at Community Refugee and Immigration Services in 2004. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a BA in International Studies, History, Spanish, and Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs from Miami University.
