Jôsy Andrade

Jôsy Andrade serves as Talent Acquisition & OD Manager for LATAM at Caldic LATAM since November 2023 and is a professor at Universidade de Fortaleza, teaching Change Management and Organizational Transformation at the postgraduate level. Concurrently, Jôsy is a professor at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, covering various subjects in the MBA in Leadership and People Management program as well as undergraduate courses in Business Administration. Jôsy has also worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Futuro da Carreira, focusing on personal and professional development, and previously held roles at XP Inc., Villa Global Education, AES, Diageo, Fantozzi & Associates, and Integration Consulting, with extensive expertise in talent acquisition and human resources management. Jôsy holds an MBA in HR from FIA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, among other educational qualifications.
