Joana Monteiro has extensive experience in community management, project management, and HR development, primarily at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation since 2001. As a Community Manager since 2007, Joana coordinates training programs and organizes events to enhance networking among fellows. Previously, Joana served as a Project Manager in the President's Office, producing various events, and as an HR Development Manager, overseeing learning and development for 400 staff members. Earlier roles include Academic Tutor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and HR Assistant at Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Joana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Clássica de Lisboa and completed a program at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2015.
