Laura Lefeuvre has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Laura began their career at SITA UK in 2002 as a Sales Admin and worked there until 2007. Laura then joined The Royal Household and held multiple positions, including Various: Recruitment Administrator - Senior Personnel Assistant, Assistant HR Officer, and Resourcing Advisor. Their responsibilities included managing recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment life cycle. In 2014, Laura joined The Football Association as a Resourcing Business Partner, where they developed and enhanced recruitment strategies, managed the recruitment process, and attracted talent through various channels. Laura also implemented a Managed Service Provider for the contingent workforce. In 2016, they joined AEG Europe as a Recruitment Manager and later became the Head of Recruitment in January 2020.
Laura Lefeuvre completed their Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from London South Bank University between 1996 and 2000. Laura later pursued an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from MOL - part of The Manchester College Group, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. In addition, they obtained certifications such as "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn in 2020 and "PPA Practioner" from Thomas International in 2016.
