Jessica Freitag de Mello

Jessica Freitag de Mello has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Jessica started their career as a Trainee at Grupo Bergerson, where they were involved in recruitment and selection processes, as well as providing support in the implementation of the HR department. Jessica then worked as an Analyst in People Management at Grupo Boticário, where they were responsible for attracting and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. After that, they worked as an Analyst of People Management at People TI, where they provided consultancy services in recruitment and selection for technology and development companies. Currently, Jessica is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Fundação CERTI, where they are responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition process for different entities within the organization.

Jessica Freitag de Mello completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná in 2012. Jessica then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Psychological Assessment from the IPOG - Institute of Postgraduate and Graduate Education, which they completed between 2016 and 2018.
