Raquel Morata

Raquel Morata is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management, coaching, and international business. Currently serving as a Retail Manager at Fundació Formació i Treball since July 2018, Raquel also works as a Life and Executive Coach at RMP Coaching from May 2016 onwards. Previous roles include Regional Manager for Hunkemöller International BV, Area Manager at NuCom - Nuevas Comunicaciones Iberia, and central store coordinator at Desigual. Raquel has developed strong negotiation skills with telecommunications companies and suppliers across Latin America and Asia. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Mediation and Conflict Management from EIM, a Master's in Executive Development and Emotional Intelligence from EAE Business School, and an MIB from ESCI-UPF. Raquel holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
