Carolina Sánchez Quiroga is a skilled researcher with extensive experience in conflict analysis, currently serving as a Junior Researcher at Fundación Ideas para la Paz since May 2021. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as a researcher at Centro de Recursos para el Análisis de Conflictos (CERAC) from March 2018 to May 2021 and held a position as a research assistant at CERAC from November 2016 to March 2018. Carolina holds a Master's degree in Political Studies from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, completed in March 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on Conflict Resolution, attained in August 2017. Additionally, Carolina participated in an academic exchange program at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, in late 2015 and completed secondary education at Colegio Rochester in 2012.
