Katherine P. is a Researcher- Responsive Governance (RG) Specialized Professional at Fundación Ideas para la Paz. Katherine has also worked as a Senior Expert National Programme Support at UNDP and as a Performance Evaluation Consultant at Democracy International. With a background in economics and development studies, Katherine has experience in strategic planning, policy development, and project management in various organizations such as UNODC, Unidad para las Victimas, and Corporación Somos Más. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and a degree in CSR and Development Studies from Universidad de Los Andes.
