Raquel Barreu

Raquel Barreu is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Since December 2019, Raquel has been working at Fundación "la Caixa" as an HR specialist. Prior to this role, Raquel held various positions including Talent Acquisition Specialist at Formel D España S.R.L. from September 2016 to December 2019 and Talent Acquisition Consultant at EUROMANAGER - Executive Search from February 2016 to September 2016, focusing on personnel selection across multiple sectors. Earlier career experiences include working as a Talent Acquisition & Research Consultant at Hays Executive and completing an HR Health & Safety Trainee position at Nestlé. Raquel’s educational background includes a coaching accreditation from the Escuela Europea de Coaching, an HR Analytics program at EADA Business School, and a postgraduate degree in human resources management. Raquel also pursued advanced studies in labor inspection at the CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and holds a degree from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
