Cecilia Sosa is an experienced professional currently serving as a Methodology Product Developer of the Poverty Stoplight and Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Fundación Paraguaya since April 2022, where responsibilities include high-level administrative support, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and budget tracking. Prior to this role, Cecilia worked as an intern in the Public Sector Training Department at Dirección Nacional de Contrataciones Públicas from August 2021 to April 2022, assisting in the planning and execution of public procurement training programs. In October 2018, Cecilia contributed as a Data Collector for the National University of Asunción, supporting the Associative Project on sustainable urban development.
