Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana is also an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist at a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching university-level courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
