Katie Kimble

Katie (Velotta) Kimble, CAIA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie is currently serving as the Managing Director, Investments at Fundamental Income, a net lease investment platform. Prior to this, Katie worked as the Director, Investments at Fundamental Income Properties, where they focused on providing real estate capital solutions. Katie also served as the Vice President of Business Development and Communications at RiverGlade Capital, LLC. Earlier in their career, Katie held positions at Mesirow Financial, Graham Partners, American Capital, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained experience in global investment management, investor relations, financial due diligence, and audit.

Katie (Velotta) Kimble, CAIA completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Marketing, and International Business from Villanova University in 2001-2005. Katie then pursued a Master of Accountancy degree from Villanova University in 2005-2006, followed by an MBA degree from the same university in 2005-2007. Prior to their college education, Katie attended Freedom High School.
