Tynesha McHarris

Tynesha McHarris is a dedicated leader in the field of Black feminist movements and social justice, co-founding the Black Feminist Fund in December 2020 to enhance resources for grassroots organizations globally. As Principal at Black Harvest LLC since August 2020, Tynesha provides consulting services that advance racial, gender, and youth justice. Additionally, Tynesha serves as a Senior Philanthropic Advisor at Fundamental Inc., guiding the effective use of resources for social change. Notable past positions include Program Officer at NoVo Foundation, where Tynesha managed a groundbreaking $90 million initiative for girls of color, and Director of Community Leadership at Brooklyn Community Foundation, focusing on racial justice. Tynesha's extensive experience also includes leadership roles in education and youth development. Tynesha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University.
