Esen Dogan

Esen Dogan is the current VP and GM of Payments at Fundbox. Prior to joining Fundbox, Ms. Dogan served as the Global Head of Strategy and Pricing for Buy Now Pay Later Products at Visa from June 2018 to November 2021. In this role, Ms. Dogan was responsible for leading global strategy, pricing and analytics for Buy Now Pay Later products. From January 2013 to December 2015, Ms. Dogan served as the Head of Product and Consulting Services - Southeast Europe at Visa, where they led product management and consulting teams across 9 countries in South East Europe Region. Prior to joining Visa, Ms. Dogan served as the managing partner and head of the payments practice at Cluster Alliance, a boutique management consultancy, from January 2010 to December 2013. From January 2007 to December 2009, Ms. Dogan worked as an engagement manager at Value Partners, a management consulting firm focused on Financial Services and Telecoms. Ms. Dogan began their career as a senior consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants from January 2006 to December 2007. In December 2015, Ms. Dogan joined Capital One as the Head of Product Strategy and Pricing - Commercial Payments and Deposits, a role they held until joining Fundbox in June 2018.

Esen Dogan has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Purdue University Krannert School of Management, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, and a high school diploma from Robert College.
