Keith LAU has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Keith is the Co-Founder and CEO of Win The LinkedIn, where they help businesses utilize LinkedIn for attracting clients, recruiting talent, and generating leads and sales. Keith is also the Director at nextRoles, a job portal and networking platform aimed at building better business life for everyone.

Keith Lau has a Master of Science degree in Computing from City University of Hong Kong. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree at Lingnan University, with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Information Technology. Keith also attended Hang Seng School of Commerce and obtained a matriculation certificate, studying Economics, Business Studies, and Computer Applications. In addition to their academic qualifications, Keith has obtained several certifications, including "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in November 2021, and "Certified Career Direct Consultant" from Career Direct - Living By Design in December 2020. Keith also holds certifications in various areas such as customer service, employment law, marketing operations, PRC law, reward management, sourcing and staffing, NLP on business management, and career coaching.
