Elena Cho

Elena Cho is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regional legal counsel roles, currently serving as Manager, Legal Counsel at Funding Societies Singapore since July 2019. In this capacity, Elena supports group initiatives across Singapore and the Southeast Asian region, focusing on M&A, fundraising, and various financing and investment products. Previously, Elena held positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Legal Executive, providing regional legal support pertaining to equity and debt fundraising and managing debt recovery actions. Earlier, Elena worked at Zul Rafique & Partners, specializing in construction and infrastructure law, where significant contributions included advising on major projects, drafting key contracts, and conducting legal due diligence. Elena holds a Master's in Business Administration from Veritas University College and a Bachelor of Laws from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
