Kristina Ivakina

Kristina Ivakina has a diverse work experience in the fields of business analysis and system analysis. Kristina is currently working as a Business Analyst at Fundraise Up since 2023. Prior to this, they were a System Analyst at Innotech from July 2021 to October 2022, where they introduced automation and digitalization of loan granting, resulting in a significant increase in processing rates.

Before that, Kristina worked as a Business Analyst at GlowByte Consulting from March 2020 to August 2020. During their time there, they improved algorithms and mentored a team of junior system analysts. Kristina also provided training to senior business employees on the use of systems.

From January 2019 to February 2020, Kristina held the position of Senior Business Analyst at CFT, where they designed and launched a unified online system for monitoring bank transactions. Kristina also implemented automation processes to optimize monitoring suspicious activities and introduced a system for automated RBS blocking, leading to increased bank commissions.

Kristina started their career as a Financial Service Specialist at Vesta Bank in 2014. Kristina showed strong performance and was promoted to the position of AML Analyst from Credit Specialist.
