Caroline Payne

Caroline Payne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline currently holds the position of VP of Operations, Real Estate Investment Management at Fundrise since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Fundrise from March 2021 to February 2022. From June 2018 to February 2021, Caroline worked as a Consultant for their own company. In 2020, they also worked as a Veteran in Residence at Bunker Labs for a period of five months. Caroline's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant, Strategy and Operations at Deloitte from March 2017 to June 2018. Caroline began their career as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy and served from December 2006 to December 2016.

Caroline Payne holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they completed between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they finished between 2003 and 2006. Caroline also holds a High School Diploma from Lake Braddock Secondary.
