Eugene Shramko

Eugene Shramko is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading diverse projects across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at N-iX since October 2023, Eugene previously held the position of Project Manager at Langate Software, where responsibilities included end-to-end delivery of an internal healthcare product and participation in pre-sales and PMO process development. Prior experience at EPAM Systems involved managing large-scale projects with teams of 60-100+ FTE, focusing on project scope definition, release management, and risk management. At Proxify, Eugene excelled in ensuring project alignment with objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting pre-sales activities. Earlier in Eugene's career, a role as an English Language Teacher at MAGI English Center laid the groundwork for strong communication skills. Eugene holds a Master's degree in Law from the National Academy of Internal Affairs in Kyiv.
