Tricia Purdy

Tricia Purdy has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Most recently, they worked at Fundrise as the VP of Product, Real Estate Technologies. Prior to that, they held several roles at Citi, including Director of Product Strategy, Wholesale Credit Transformation, Director of eTrading Product Development, and Director of the Municipal Securities Division. Before Citi, Tricia worked at Cambrian Consulting as a Vice President, and at Urban Real Estate Growth Fund as a Senior Associate. Tricia started their career at Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President and also worked at Accenture as a Consultant. Tricia has demonstrated expertise in product management, technology strategy, project management, and business analysis throughout their career.

Tricia Purdy holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Science from Lehigh University, which was completed in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2012.
