Patrick Lindsay, ACA

Patrick Lindsay, ACA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Patrick is currently the Director of Finance and Controller at FundThrough since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Finance and Controller at PayBright from March 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining PayBright, Patrick held various roles at ECN Capital from 2014 to 2019. Patrick served as the Director of Portfolio & Financial Accounting, where they managed accounting for the Rail and Commercial & Vendor business units. During their time there, they led the accounting for the sale of the Rail business unit, totaling approximately $725 million in two separate transactions. Patrick also provided monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the business units and supported corporate accounting on the financial statements and management discussion & analysis.

Patrick also worked as the Director of Portfolio Accounting, overseeing the accounting team for the Canadian Commercial & Vendor business unit. Patrick was responsible for managing three portfolios with approximately 8,500 contracts and $900 million of assets. Additionally, they led the team through the sale of the business unit.

Prior to their roles at ECN Capital, Patrick held positions at Custom Ireland, a DMC Network Affiliate, TD Bank, MCAN Mortgage Corporation, University Health Network, and KPMG Ireland.
