Deolinda Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. DEOLINDA currently serves as the Head of Human Resources & Learning at FundyPros Specialty Construction, where they manage HR practices, talent development, and change management. Prior to this, they worked at YES BANK as the Senior Vice President and Head of Training Data Analytics, Impact Excellence, Process Excellence & Solutioning, where they drove data analytics initiatives, built reporting systems, and ensured process effectiveness through control mechanisms. DEOLINDA also held leadership positions at Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines, where they oversaw training programs and operational improvements. In 1995 to 1997, they pursued Hotel Management at Sophia Polytechnic, specializing in Food & Beverage Technology. Deolinda also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Honours from the University of Mumbai from 1993 to 1997.
