Pierre-Alexandre Melmann

Pierre-Alexandre MELMANN is an experienced IT technician with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as a Level 2 IT Technician at FUNECAP GROUPE since January 2021, responsibilities include configuring workstations, providing helpdesk support for 687 agency locations, and overseeing local hardware support while managing third-party maintenance according to defined SLAs. Previously, Pierre-Alexandre worked at InVivo from October 2001 to August 2019 as a Senior IT Technician, managing proximity hardware support, deployment of software including SAP and O365, and overseeing the management of a fleet of 2,500 workstations.
