Shelby Zadow has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and production industries. In 2022, they began working as a Brand Manager for Fungi Perfecti LLC. From 2008 to 2021, they worked as a Marketing Director and Minority Shareholder for BioAg. During this time, they were instrumental in taking FBAS from an EBITDA of $0 to an EBITDA of $2.5 million with no outside investment or debt, ultimately earning a minority share. Additionally, they collaborated with sales and influencers to develop a comprehensive gorilla market campaign that resulted in an exclusive product line launch with a leading national distributor within the first year. From 2005 to 2008, Zadow worked as a Marketing Coordinator and PR Manager for Willamette Valley Vineyards. During this time, they were instrumental in garnering the winery the most positive PR it had in its entire history, including national, regional, and local wine, health, and lifestyle magazines by leading targeted, hot issue campaigns. Shelby also collaborated with sales, stakeholders, and outside marketing teams to execute a nation-wide dinner campaign with McCorMick & Schmicks that resulted in nation-wide placement on the wine lists. Additionally, they spearheaded the winery to become the first in the world to use sustainably certified cork. From 2001 to 2005, Zadow worked as a Production Coordinator for SA Media, where they created a media company with their brother and served as producer and managed business aspects. Shelby also scripted and directed the ADA compliance video for Fort Rock Cave State Parks.

Shelby Zadow attended Mt. Hood Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Television Production and Communication.
