Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online.
