Angelo E.'s work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as a Recruiting Manager and Global Strategic Sourcing Lead for Hewlett Packard (HP). Angelo later joined SAP as a Lead Client Facing Recruiter and Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner at InTalent Solutions Lab, where they established the business in the Asia Pacific region. Angelo then worked at onegcc as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, overseeing the development of their HR technology platform. Angelo also served as the Head of HR Technology & Talent Management at InTalent Solutions Lab. Angelo became an Investor at Agroop, Yodomo | Making Made Easy, and GeoDB. In 2019, they worked as a Limited Partner for a Stealth Startup and a Global Growth Manager and Gamification Technology Project Manager for Funifier Inc. In 2020, they continued their role as an Investor at GeoDB.

Angelo E. has a diverse education history starting from their high school years. In 2000, they obtained a High School Diploma with Advanced Levels (A-Levels) in Business Studies & Computing from the University of Cambridge. Angelo went on to pursue an Associate Degree in Information Systems at St. Francis Xavier University from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Foundation Computing & Enterprise Resource Planning. Angelo then attended the University College of Bahrain from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology with a major in Management Information Systems.

Continuing their educational journey, Angelo attended Harvard Business School from 2018 to 2019, specializing in Business & Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. In 2019, they participated in the YC Startup School Graduate program offered by Y Combinator, focusing on Convertible Notes & SAFE Investing. Angelo later pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management at Cambrian College from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Angelo is furthering their education at Cambrian College, pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in IT Business Analysis, starting in 2022 and expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Angelo has obtained various certifications, including "Data Science for Business" and "Perform Cloud Data Science with Azure Machine Learning" from DataCamp, as well as "Underground Hard Rock Mine Service Types - Common Core" from Labour, Training and Skills Development. Angelo also holds certificates in project management, privacy and risk assurance, threat modeling, digital marketing, gamification design, and working at heights from institutions such as LinkedIn, Project Management Institute, Facebook, Google, and The Octalysis Group.
