Danielle Wilson

Danielle Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Danielle currently works at Funko as a Senior Manager, Organizational Talent Development. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Program Manager, People & Culture at Funko. Before their time at Funko, Danielle worked at Amazon as a Sr. Program Manager and Organizational Change Manager, focusing on improving compensation products. At Starbucks, they served as a Senior Project Manager, Scalable Services & Continuous Improvement, where they worked on process improvement initiatives. Danielle also gained experience at Boeing as a Lean Practitioner and Professional Coach, helping engineering organizations improve processes. Additionally, they owned a professional organizing business and worked as an academic tutor at AmeriCorps.

Danielle Wilson's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of Washington Tacoma. In the same year, they completed a Six Sigma Green Belt course at the University of Washington Tacoma and also took a course on Value Stream Mapping from the same university. Prior to that, in 2014-2015, they completed the Certified Professional Coaching Program at Everett Community College. Ultimately, they began their education journey by earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Skagit Valley College, which they obtained from 2000 to 2007.
