Jen Ryan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jen began their career as a Senior Retail Manager at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in 1998, where they were responsible for overseeing sales and managers across multiple regional stores. In 2008, they joined American Girl as a Department Manager, where they managed various departments and developed a team of 19 staff members.

In 2010, Jen became a Multi-Unit Manager at Skechers, where they trained and managed a team of associates and assistant managers. Jen also implemented sales contests and visual initiatives to drive sales and promote new products.

In 2011, they moved on to Brookstone as a Store Sales Manager, where they achieved outstanding sales results and won recognition for their performance. Jen was responsible for managing a team of sales associates and assistant managers, while also focusing on training and recruitment.

From 2013 to the present, Jen has been with Paper Source, initially as a Store Manager in the Southwest Region. Jen later took on the role of District Customer Experience Manager, where they played a crucial role in training, driving sales, and ensuring brand consistency. Jen also worked as a Custom Print Coach, assisting with clienteling and designing invitations at the store level.

Most recently, Jen joined Funko in 2019 as the Director of Retail Stores. In this role, they oversee all retail store components and collaborates with different teams to improve operational excellence and customer service. Jen also manages the P&L and ensures a profitable and results-driven environment.

Jen Ryan attended Texas Christian University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Theatre/RTVF. Jen then furthered their education at Roosevelt University from 2002 to 2004 and received a Master of Education (MEd) degree, specializing in Education.
