Josh Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Josh started their career in 2008 as a Sales, Marketing, and Media Executive at Pure Sport Hospitality, where they also held an Executive Sales position. Subsequently, they worked as a Customer Assistant at Waitrose for four years while studying at university.

After that, Josh joined ReThink Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, providing resourcing solutions and professional services to clients across all sectors. Following their tenure at ReThink Recruitment, they joined Lucozade Ribena Suntory as an Account Manager and Retail Development Executive.

In 2015, they joined Diageo as a Key Account Executive, first covering the South West region and then moving to the London team. Josh achieved significant commercial growth for Diageo's P&L and managed influential accounts.

Josh then worked as a UK National Account Manager at FIJI Water, where they focused on managing accounts and achieving business growth. Subsequently, they joined PepsiCo as a Commercial Development Manager for Seed Brands.

Starting in 2018, Josh joined Mattel, Inc. as a National Account Manager, responsible for Shop Direct/Very Group, John Lewis, and Waitrose. Josh successfully managed these key accounts until 2020.

In 2020, Josh moved to Bandai UK Ltd as a National Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts and achieving business growth. And in 2023, they joined Funko as a National Account Manager.

Josh Chapman attended Colstons Collegiate School from 2001 to 2008. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at the University of Gloucestershire from 2009 to 2013. There, they pursued a degree in Broadcast Journalism with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
