Umut O.

Umut O. has a range of experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Senior Team Leader at TeleTech before moving on to become a Campaign Manager at Salmat in 2003. In 2004, they became the Executive Director of Operations at Blitz Telecom Group, where they helped establish the company as a telecommunications carrier in Australia and the UK. From 2008 to 2010, Umut served as the General Manager at MOTIV Communications, where they focused on operational efficiencies and stakeholder relationships. Umut then joined Software of Excellence as the Operations Manager, eventually taking on the role of Acting General Manager. Umut also worked at AINS as the Service Delivery and Operations Manager, guiding customers through their acquisition and onboarding process. At Computershare, they served as Manager of Customer Service and Sales before moving to the SMART Group as General Manager, responsible for managing multiple accounts and new campaign pipelines. Most recently, Umut worked at Acquire BPO as the General Manager and then as the VP of Operations Australia, overseeing a range of services for global businesses. Umut is currently the Head of Sales at Funlab Pty Ltd, where they lead the company's eight brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Umut O. started their education in 1997 at Box Forest College, where they completed their Victorian Certificate of Education in Information Technology in 1998. After a few years, in 2002, they enrolled in Kangan Institute and obtained a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
