Brittany Townsend

Brittany Townsend has been working in the real estate industry since 2008. Brittany started their career at CNC Investments as Director of Leasing. In 2010, they moved to Greystar as a Leasing Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they held two positions at The Hanover Company, first as Northshore Director of Leasing and Marketing (Lease Up Luxury High Rise) and then as Assistant Community Manager (Lease Up Luxury Mid Rise). In 2018, they joined RentPath as a Digital Advertising Sales Executive and Client Experience Guardian. In 2020, they took on two roles at LeaseLabs\u00ae, National Account Executive and Regional Account Executive. Currently, they are Regional Vice President of Sales at Funnel Leasing.

Brittany Townsend has a degree from the Euro Institute in Holistic Health and Wellness, where they obtained their Licensed Esthetician license. Additionally, they have obtained the Challenger Selling Foundations certification from Challenger in March 2020, as well as a NALP Designation from the Austin Apartment Association.
