Luh Putu Sriati currently serves in the Human Resources Department at Furama Hotels International since July 2021, showcasing expertise in various HR functions including recruitment, orientation, conducting training, and managing staff events and communications. Additionally, Luh Putu has been a Tourism student at Politeknik Pariwisata Bali since July 2018 and previously contributed to the Bali Hotels Association in March 2021 as a Task Force member. Early career experiences include roles in food and beverage service at Westin Hotels & Resorts and Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, along with housekeeping duties at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, where responsibilities involved room preparation and guest laundry services.
