C. Jordan White

C. Jordan White, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resource management. Starting in 1986, they served in the US Army Reserves for 22 years, achieving the rank of Major (Retired). Following their military service, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Walgreens Alliance Boots from 2005 to 2013, where they facilitated M&A activities and mentored new HR managers. C. Jordan then joined The Mark Travel Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, supporting a sales team and achieving a 95% associate retention rate. Currently, they are the Director of People Support at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, where they oversee all aspects of human resource management and supports a team of direct and contract associates, including visa associates.

C. Jordan White, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Samford University. Additionally, C. Jordan White completed the Executive Media Management Program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Furthermore, C. Jordan White attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, where they completed the Combined Arms Services Staff School. C. Jordan White has earned several certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Profession (SCP) from SHRM, the Senior Professional in Human Resource Management from SHRM, and the County Mediator certification from the Florida Supreme Court. In 2018, C. Jordan White also obtained the Carol J White certification from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
