Celso Eduardo Mendes Gonçalves is a seasoned legal professional and academic with extensive experience in business law, tax law, and corporate consultancy. As a Senior Partner at Mendes Gonçalves & Associados since January 1994, Celso specializes in areas such as international trade and fiscal criminal law, including the securitization of exports and the establishment of multinational companies in Brazil.
