Marcus Petersson

Marcus Petersson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international trade and investment, currently serving as the Regional Manager for the Middle East at Furhat Robotics since May 2024. In this role, Marcus is involved in advancing social robotics through innovative solutions utilizing Generative AI and Large Language Models across various sectors. Prior to this position, Marcus held multiple roles at Business Sweden from May 2015 to May 2024, including Trade and Invest Commissioner of Sweden to Saudi Arabia, where responsibilities encompassed project management and consultancy. Additionally, Marcus worked as the Key Account Manager for Scandinavia at LNE Group from January 2012 to April 2015. Academically, Marcus holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a focus on International Economics from Linköping University, complemented by studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
