Arina Flyugova

Arina Flyugova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and communications. Currently serving as Regional Corporate Affairs Manager for Africa and the Middle East at The HEINEKEN Company since February 2015, Arina also holds the position of Global Corporate Affairs Operations Lead, Chief of Staff, where leadership involves overseeing strategy implementation across over 60 local teams globally. Previously, Arina was Head of Corporate Communications, managing both external and internal communications and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Arina's career spans a decade with the United Nations, including a role as UN Coordination Officer and an acting Regional Coordination Specialist based in New York. Arina's educational background includes an MFA in Public Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics. Additionally, Arina holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Saint Petersburg State University.
