Michael Broad

Michael Broad has extensive experience in the retail industry, currently serving as General Manager at Furniture Village since November 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of General Manager at DFS from January 2013 to November 2017. Michael's career in retail began at Comet, where responsibilities included General Store Manager from August 2001 to January 2013, as well as earlier roles as Sales Manager and Sales Advisor. Michael's expertise encompasses sales, customer service, recruitment, training, colleague development, and overall store management, highlighted by the leadership of a prominent two-storey, £8M turnover store in Taunton.
