Jessica Homann

Jessica Homann is currently the Vice President at Furst Group. Prior to this, they spent 10 years at Cejka Search where they worked their way up to Regional Director. During their time at Cejka Search, Jessica was responsible for physician recruitment relationships for clients in the Southeast and fostered partnerships based on solid business development and exceptional client relations. In 2010, Jessica was presented with the Cejka Search Leadership Award; this recognition is given to an employee who exemplifies the core values of the organization: Quality, Commitment, Integrity and Professionalism.

Outside of their work at Furst Group and Cejka Search, Jessica is also a well-known speaker within the healthcare industry. Jessica has given talks at the ASPR Georgia Medical Staff Recruiters Conference and the AMGA Midwest Regional Meeting.

Jessica Homann reports to Sherrie Barch, President. They work with Rebecca Kapphahn - Vice President, Jan Carlson - Principal & Chief Administrative Officer, and Jeff Parker - Vice President.
