Rowena Carpio

Rowena Carpio is a seasoned Radio Frequency Design Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. At T-Mobile since March 2022, Rowena focuses on radio frequency design, while also holding a long-term position at Further Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Radio Frequency Engineer since July 2018, and previously serving in various roles including Technical Sales Engineer and Sr RF Design Engineer. Prior experience includes key positions at Verveba Telecom as Principal RF Engineer, K&M Systems as RF Design Engineer, and a series of roles at Further Enterprise Solutions where Rowena led the LTE ALU Design initiatives nationally. Rowena's career began at Alcatel-Lucent as RF Engineer - LTE Design Lead, and previous roles include Sr. RF Engineer at Networker Telecom specializing in UMTS design. Rowena holds a degree from AMA University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
