Nisha P.

Nisha P. has worked in the insurance industry for over 13 years. Nisha began their career in 2008 as a Senior Benefits Account Manager at Midwest Capital. In 2013, they moved to Taylor Group Insurance, where they held the same role. In 2015, they joined Associated Agencies as a Group Benefits Specialist. In 2017, they joined Decisely as a Client Engagement Manager, where they coordinated with Executives to recommend and enact internal processes based on Industry standards and trends, played a key role in collaborating with internal developers to create, test and implement a proprietary Benefits Management System, and managed all NAPA locations in the Western Region. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Fusco Orsini & Associates Risk and Insurance Services as the Vice President of Employee Benefits.

Nisha P. has a degree in Business Management from Westwood College. Nisha also holds a Life/Accident and Health Producer's License from the California Department of Insurance.
