Caitlin Earnhart has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Secretary for Body Werkes and a Housekeeper for Coffman YMCA. In 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant for the YMCA of Greater Dayton. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Management Trainee for Enterprise Holdings, as well as a Variable Specialist for The Reynolds and Reynolds Company.
